[OH-Dev] Old meeting minutes: how to process with sufjan?

Hi Jack, and everybody else,

I was look into processing some old meeting minutes to close 
http://openhatch.org/bugs/issue487 and http://openhatch.org/bugs/issue488 
, but I didn't see how to re-process them.

I can see that if I ssh to ircbot at linode.openhatch.org I can run supybot 
with our configuration.

Jack, what's the process for re-processing the meeting logs? If you answer 
here, I'll make sure that document lives on in the wiki.
