[Devel] "The Caterpile" and more

For the record, as you can probably tell this was about halfway done being
written when I stopped, forgot about it for a month or two, and then sent it
to Asheesh today.  It was meant simply as an example of how the sections of
the site could be renamed and so on.  I don't actually advocate making these
particular changes, but I do think headings and coherent branding that's a
bit less bland would be valuable, and this was mostly an exercise to show
that's not impossible.

If anything below is helpful towards that goal (or really any other...),
I'll be shocked and pleased :-).
