Katherine,

I assume you mean January and not April for all your date / times. I am
free after 1pm (PST) on Wednesday and after 3:30 pm (PST) Thursday.

Perhaps we should meet at an additional time to discuss what is needed to
be done on our side (advertising, building and grounds, ect).
