[Ccsf-campus-staff] checking in

I'll ping Asheesh to set up a github web hook, which allow pushing to the
github repo to change the live site.  Right now it's only something I can
do, but it's not much work, so just let me know when you'd like me to
update it.

Index.html is the correct file.  Possibly worth putting a *~ in .gitignore
to get rid of the (completely useless) ~ files.
