[Ccsf-campus-staff] Logistics

Sorry for the delay in my reply. I think 'yes' with 2 possibilities:

   - Just had a workshop in the space this weekend. It went really well.
Configurable room setup (rolling/configurable tables and dollies for
moving stacks of chairs around quickly/easily, WiFi worked well enough for
40 people intensively working online). I noticed that the janitorial staff
was not there right away. The outside doors to the building were simply
locked. So I'm going to make the case that given we have a faculty member
with us & we did a perfect job of resetting the room and handling the
trash, that we be allowed to stay much later. I suspect the only push back
might be when the bathrooms get cleaned/closed. Given this is the week of,
I think I can finally learn who the assigned janitor will be and talk
directly to them and the janitorial supervisor.
   - The other alternative: after the workshop this weekend, we left about
30 minutes after we were supposed to (3:30pm instead of 3pm) -- again
seeing no janitor (which does not mean they weren't in the building) -- and
we moved over to the Whole Foods cafe and continued coding until 10pm using
their WiFi (2hr codes that come with minimal purchases). Granted only 10
of us made the move, and there is probably seating for 40-50 in the whole
place, so we couldn't easily take over the whole space.

So working on this, should have answer on Tuesday. Sorry that this taking
so long.
