[Campus-uvic-staff] Open Hatch Comes to Campus

Hi Emma,

ECS 104 is a lecture hall without any computers so attendees will have to
bring their own. Also, there are power outlets only in the first two rows
so a reminder to come with charged laptops may be helpful!
