[Campus-uvic-staff] checking in

Regardless of whether they are students or teachers, if they have
experience with open source then they will likely make good mentors.  If
they want to help out with the logistics, that's good too, although may not
be necessary.

This sheet lists day of responsibilities and can help us keep track of our
mentors/volunteers and whether we need more:
