[Campus-uvic-staff] publicity

Hi folks,
With the event coming up in 2+ weeks, we need to start advertising the
event and getting sign-ups ASAP. Is there anyone who is in charge of
this? We typically make a publicity website (for example:
http://ccsf.openhatch.org/) but we can also just send around emails with a
link to the sign up form (<
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1HL_YK0yBPcNEM-Cu1rwPC4gbn_WCh3vzaPPRq7tFEqU/viewform>).
Our goal should be to have 30-40 sign-ups within the next week.
Heather, Laura and Aldyn - I'm not sure how involved with planning each of
you were planning to be, but I feel like we've got a situation here where
no one is sure who is doing what. Can you let me know who I should be
asking about these things?
