[Campus-uofa-staff] getting mentors for the event

If you can get remote mentors, that would be great, I know last minute is
difficult.
Food will be ordered today, and I've looked at the list of attendees with
dietary needs. We're all set up with equipment, and I'll take care of
taking photos and notes.
