[Campus-rutgers-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Rutgers

It sounds like November would be best, then.  Perhaps Sri and the people
she's reaching out to will have a preference between Sat the 15th and Sun
the 16th.  If we are going with a November date, that will leave plenty of
time to organize, so no worries about having to wait until September to
pick a room, etc.
