[Campus-rutgers-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Rutgers

The Fall 2014 Rutgers Hackathon is on Oct 11/12 last I heard so either late
Oct or early Nov will give me a chance to advertise there. I don't have any
preference as to date.

I can't really tell you much about how much help I can get for organizing
from the Rutgers side until I get back to campus, so more details on my end
will have to wait till September.
