[Campus-rutgers-staff] Power strip issue solved

Our count is 9, which is low but not unsalvageable.  (And I believe pretty
strongly that a low turnout event can still be amazing.)  Anyway, I think
we need to make a big push on Tuesday, and I have three suggestions:

- If we haven't gotten the main undergrad CS list to send out our
publicity, we may need to contact individual professors and ask them to
send the information along to their students.  Undergrad CS is our main
audience, so we need to be 100% that we've reached them.  It's fine if they
know about the event and don't want to come, but I'm not sure they know
about the event.
Can someone find out if our publicity email has been sent?  Once we know
that, we can figure out how to proceed.

- Target non-CS majors.  We usually do this to some degree, but we pushed
hard at Purdue and turned out something like ten extra people.  To do this
we send customized emails (here's a doc of emails from a recent event which
we can adapt:

 The responsibilities involved would be:
a) making a list of contacts for all the science departments
b) creating the doc of emails to send, which can mostly be done by cutting
& pasting from various sources
c) actually sending the emails
I can do b if someone else will take on a and c.

- Make sure the host organizations (there are three of them, right? WiCS,
USACS and the graduate student society) all sent the publicity out to their
members.  Can someone find out about this as well?
