The example schedule looks great! Can you put it on the website? The only
thing I'd suggest is moving up snacking/socializing by half an hour so we
get the last half hour to clean up.
I don't mind opening the event to non-Rutgers students, though I would not
know how to advertise the event to them.
As a next step I'll work on creating a flyer for the event. It might be
Thursday by the time it's ready since I'm pretty busy tomorrow.
