I can definitely help with the mailing, but I'd like you folks to take the
lead role.  So feel free to say, "Shauna, can you customize and send
publicity emails to these 10 departments", for instance, but you'll have to
actively ask me to do it.  :)  That goes for pretty much all aspects of
organizing the event: I am happy to help where needed, but I'll wait for
you to ask.  (Mostly. Sometimes I also send emails like "Did you remember
to send out reminder emails?" or "Maybe we should talk about food").

The Trello board should help us delegate responsibility between the three
of us and make sure everything gets done.  :)
