[Campus-princeton-staff] added documentation and information to google folder

Evelyn and Shauna: I've created a mentor sign-up spreadsheet in the main
folder. I'll be sending it out to some mailing lists soon, so feel free to
revise it. Also, if we're getting out-of-state mentors, we may need to
start the event late since the Dinky (university train/bus from Princeton
Junction) starts running later on weekends.
