[Campus-princeton-staff] added documentation and information to google folder

"If you do not have access to the folder, and need it, please email
Katherine or Lisha and they can add you."
If you are an organizer, you should probably assume you'll need it
eventually and ask to be added. Alternatively Katherine and/or Lisha can
simply add everyone on campus-princeton-staff.
