Hey all,

I thought I would see what I could to nail down a specific room -- I gave 
Bart Massey a call, who I know from Open Source Bridge, and with his 
help am going to look into rooms from my end, too.

Candace, to avoid double-sending to places, I thought it'd be best if we 
(Shauna and I) handle digital publicity. We'll definitely need help 
flyering, and we'll have flyers for you shortly (a day or so).

I'll send an email summarizing the event to this list for Bart to forward 
on, since it now has Bart, and let's try to keep further communication 
on-list so we can all be up-to-date.
