I wasn't able to find you on Trello, Francisco.  I did send an invite to
your email address, which the site said wasn't listed.  Rachel, you seem to
have been added successfully.

I created a google docs folder with template emails, forms, etc that will
be useful for planning.  You'll find a number of the Trello tasks reference
this folder.  I also sent out a round of emails to potential volunteers.
 Asheesh will send out emails to people he knows better later today. We
should hopefully have 2-4 volunteers by the end of the week, and can
continue to recruit more if needed.

I encourage you to find a room that fits more than 20 people, as the
average OSCTC event draws about 35-40 people.  Your call, though!  If we're
limiting ourselves to a room that fits 20 people, we likely don't want more
than 2-3 volunteers.

It may be a good idea to go through the list of tasks together (via google
hangout).  Would you be available to do so later this week?  Alternatively,
we can attempt to assign/delegate tasks via email.
