[Campus-neiu-staff] Running an Open Source Comes to Campus Event at NEIU

Thu Mar 6 19:29:52 UTC 2014

The timing of the hangout is great. I'll put it in my calendar.

Unfortunately I'll be at a conference (PyCon) the weekend before. I also
know at least two Chicago-area volunteers who will be at PyCon as well.
Again, this doesn't rule an event on that date out - just makes it a bit
more difficult to plan. We do have the weekend of the 5th/6th available,
or Saturday May 4th, and potentially either April 26th or 27th.

If finding a weekend seems too difficult, we could also split the event up
into a few weekday evenings. The last time we were in Chicago, we did a
Weds and a Thursday night, back to back, and that worked out well.
