[Campus-morris-staff] how many can sign up maximum?

Our largest events usually have 35-40 students and 10+ staff.  Our average
probably is more around 20-25 students. The main limitations are always:

- space (non-negotiable)
- having enough staff (aiming for a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio, but okay at 5:1)
- funding for food for everyone

What's the maximum the space holds?
