[Campus-hartnell-staff] planning another Open Source Comes to Campus event for the fall

A few final questions.

- What are the time constraints in terms of when during the course of the
year these classes can be done?  Should the dates fall within the confines
of the academic semesters and if so, which ones?  (This will be much more
doable if we can time things not to conflict with our other ongoing events.)

- What is the stipend amount?

- When do we need to make a decision by?

and I should be able to talk about this next week and come to a decision
soon after.
