Hi all,
I put my thoughts/ideas for the day on the document, and if you approve I
think it's good to go for people to fill things out. Let me know if you
have any comments about improving the plan.

I really liked what I saw during the OpenHatch mentor training, and I think
the new presentations / curriculum address many of the things I was trying
to address with my earlier planning suggestions. I added a few comments
about my suggestions for emphasis and my thoughts about trying to do an
event that has a track for both advanced students and beginners.
