[Campus-gmu-staff] checking in re: April 19th event

I've added you to the trello board. I can meet tomorrow at 3pm, if that
works for you. It seems like you're the main organizer here - is there
anyone else you think should be in on this meeting?

The website looks beautiful. Looking through it, I have only a few
suggestions:

- Instead of doing a simple email sign up, I strongly suggest using a form
(this is our template form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1cK5zGD-10bnF47tKjlomnAMmFAKl17eDnTv9KXl8AWQ/viewform)
so you can get more information from students. This is especially useful
for scheduling purposes (see below). An alternative is to have students
fill out the form after signing up, as part of the confirmation process.

- Speaking of scheduling: you've allocated less time then we usually
recommend for morning tutorials. The intro to open source/tools lecture
usually takes about 45 minutes (you've allotted 30) and the git activity
takes between 45 minutes and an hour (you've allotted 30). I would
recommend giving these more time on the schedule. You could shorten the
career panel, history and ethics, or the contributions workshop (or some
combination of the three) without losing too much value, I think.

- There is a typo in the schedule: "movitiation"
