I've had a handful of responses where students have canceled. How have you
handled the logistics for this?

I set up a mailchimp account with a list of all the students who signed up,
and created a section of the list where I started to remove emails of
students who've canceled. My idea is to use the mailchimp account to send
out the day-before reminder. If you would like to handle this instead, I
have no problem with it.

Two thoughts:
