I need to know 1) how much it would cost, 2) I need to make a case to the university about why they should be paying for this.
Do you have any sponsors at this time?

We have a very limited backup budget and like to reserve it, where possible, for schools like community colleges which could otherwise not afford to host our events. At this point it is likely too late to get corporate sponsors, so please look into this ASAP.
