   1.

   Invites have been sent to the first 35 applicants. Waitlist emails have
   been sent to the remainder to confirm they are still interested. I’ll send
   a warning type email tonight to those who haven’t responded for the invites
   giving them until tomorrow and then start admitting waitlist applicants in
   order of their acknowledgement emails.
   I’m keeping track of their status by color coding the columns in the
   spreadsheet

   James Wen is definitely a good option here. I can help lead certain
   portions like the git tutorial if need be (I’m less experienced with IRC).
   I will try to recruit more if possible but the most eligible people I
   know are also the busiest.

   If these can be delivered by tomorrow it’d be great, but I think I
   missed this deadline.
    4.

   I’ve made a reminder to borrow a DLSR, worst case we will have cellphone
   photos.

   I can pick these up.

   I can do the food order if you’d like. Probably going to default to
   sandwiches and salad from a local deli.
    7.

   Will do sign up sheets, this room is covered with outlets that are
   accessible from nearly every point within it.

   one point, if so I’ll be deferring to Eunice Kokor. I’ll put her in touch
   with you if this occurs.
