[Campus-columbia-staff] bringing Open Source Comes to Campus back to Columbia

We've started marketing via Facebook, it's going to be prominent on our
newsletter today and will have it sent out to all CS undergrads today or
tomorrow.
It looks like we're currently at 21 signups.
