[Campus-boston-summer-staff] next steps for the event!

Wonderful.  Thanks for taking care of this.

The only food-related item left is drinks for lunch.  If there's a place to
get cups and a few liters of soda and some containers of juice, that'd be
the simplest and cheapest way to do it.
