[Campus-berkeley-staff] publicity & sign ups

Upon further reflection, I think we should stick with the google
spreadsheet, as folks have already signed up with it.  Comparing multiple
lists may get confusing.

I'd also encourage you to get the event up as soon as possible.  The closer
we get to the event, the more students have made other plans for that
weekend.  Are there other places we can publicize besides Facebook?  I
think it would be great to reach out to WiCSE
<http://www-inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/~wicse/>, HES <http://hes.berkeley.edu/>,
BFOIT <http://www.bfoit.org/programs.html>, NERDS
<http://ucberkeleynerds.com/> and other diversity-focused groups.  I can
take that on myself if you feel like your plate is full with your current
publicity efforts.
