[OH-Dev] Ideas for new training missions

Definitely let's improve the documentation while we're at it!  :)

Anyone else want to get in on this?  Obviously everyone will be welcome at
the sprint, but who besides Eeshan and myself (Cindy?) definitely want to
be there and should be consulted for date-picking purposes?
