[WMF-outreach-staff] Data-driven "inreach"

Hey all, but mostly Quim,
At OpenHatch, our GSoC project to (basically) clone the Ubuntu Developer
Advisory Team strategy of pinging new contributors is progressing well.
(I call it "inreach" because, in a way, it is mostly about reaching people
who are already part of the community.)
We're nearly at the point of being able to generalize the code, and I
thought WMF might make a good group to work with for a generalized
version. It'll be rocky at first, I'm sure, but we'll be able to smooth
things out.
Do you have some time this week to meet up and talk about that? I could
bring David Lu, the GSoC student in question!
Meeting goal: Discuss if Wikimedia is interested in using greenhouse, by
showing what it does so far, how others use it, and what our plans are,
and hopefully learning what would make it most useful to WMFers!
Also if others on the list want to join the chat (I imagine we can finish
within 1h easily) I'd be happy.
I'd also love to find out if you think it's the kind of thing that WMF
might fund. We can talk about that, too, if you are willing!
