[WMF-outreach-staff] Survey that I'll send out to all registered Developer Days people

Haven't had a chance to look at the wording of the survey but I do need
to ask that you add a privacy statement:


Privacy statement: Your submitted information and responses may be kept
by the Wikimedia Foundation or its contractors for a period of time to
allow us to evaluate and compare our events and activities on an ongoing
basis and to provide you information about future events and activities,
including other hackathons. By answering our questions, you consent to
the transfer of your information and responses to the United States and
elsewhere as may be necessary to carry out the objectives of this project.
