[WMF-outreach-staff] Survey that I'll send out to all registered Developer Days people

Some of you who I was talking with on IRC know that there are, supposedly, 
500 (!) people whose registration indicates they'll be at Wikimania during 
Developer Days.

I plan to send this survey out to all of them, via a form email that 
pre-fills their name and email address.

Feedback requested on the survey contents as well as the process.

I'll do it about 12 hours from now, or later if it takes me more time to 
respond to feedback. My apologies on the delay in terms of getting this 
part of the process going. Looking forward to letting this adjust the 
planning.

Katie, I especially want a "Yes, this looks OK" or "No, it's not (for some 
reason)" from you, if possible. Thanks!
