[WFS-India] ideas for next events

@Mani, you should at least be aware of this since you drafted the existing
set of mailing list guidelines which are still holding till the poll
results are out. For public consumption, here's the text from the
guidelines -

"Do not discuss any illegal activities (cracking, sharing cracks/serial
numbers for commercial software, copying commercial software, passwords of
accounts you are not supposed to have access to, etc) on the list. Doing so
may result in your being banned from the list."
