[WFS-India] Proposal to extend the deadline of poster competition

In the write up, a little bit of right wing 'framing' was missed by us.
So changed "official corruption, suppression of women and LGBT issues' to
'suppression of women and LGBT issues'.

'pressing problems' would be 'poverty, illiteracy, hunger, corruption,
suppression of women and LGBT issues'.
But I decided on keeping the focus.
