[WFS-India] please respond: git workshop timing

We are thinking of keeping it from 6pm to 8:30pm.
But we are fearing it might lead to a lower turnout as people might be
socialising/chilling out at this time. we might keep it slightly later or
slightly earlier if that helps.
Please opine fast as we will start publicising from tomorrow morning.
Aruna, Sucheta, Sindhu and other students: please respond with your
thoughts.
