[WFS-India] IRC Logs

Hi,

I've installed an IRC logger bot using pyirclogs for #wfs-india. The 
bot's IRC nick is "wfsbot".

Logs are available at http://irclogs.wfs-india.org.

I styled it minimally. Apache's default directory listing looks too bad.
