[WFS-India] poster for poster competition

Attaching the recent version after Kaustav's feedback.

We need the logo now. The logo created by Shweta looks really great. Only,
if we can make the logo a bit more explicit in saying that we as a group
promote women in FOSS, it would have been great. The logo currently depicts
the "women" part really nicely - but the technology part is missing! :)

Anyway, if we can not do any better now, I suggest we adopt the logo for
now.

Please share what you all think.
