[OH-Publicity] moving newsletter blurb to standalone blog post

I can track down some photos. The entire workshop is open source in 
IPython notebooks and a few other files; also, volunteers are working on 
adding edited video of some of the workshop. Some of the highlights were 
efforts to attract a diverse group of attendees, use things like 
post-its for questions, and survey the attendees. Feedback was very 
positive and good input for future workshops. Just emailed our local 
team for photos and some survey stats.
