[OH-Publicity] blog post for review

This is a new model for blog posts of events where no one is willing to
write up a full blog post.  It basically involves:

- thanking sponsors/organizers/mentors
- having lots of nice pictures
- copying feedback from students

This one is almost ready to go, just waiting on Asheesh to get me the list
of mentors.
