Looks good, except the very last sentence. I'm not sure what "Student
Andrew Latterner announced at the event the start of the Open Source
Development Club. We wish Andrew good luck and great success, of course!"
means. Announced the OSCTC event at an earlier club meeting? I'm probably
missing something.

The Columbia post looks good to me.
