[OH-Publicity] nov-dec newsletter; 2015

We should really do a write-up of the November events - there were 17 of
them! - but I haven't done it yet and I can't pull it together this
afternoon.  I've got several wrap up blog posts in the work but none of
them are done yet.  :(  But I did add a short thing to the newsletter.
