[OH-Publicity] things to send open source comes to campus events

Forwarding this brief conversation to this list.  Should we have a set
process for sending physical things to events, and if so, what things
should we send?

I'm generally +1 on it. We should scope it out, in cost etc. I imagine it
might be ~$80/event.

Probably a good investment.


If just the stickers, way less money than that.

If I were to do it with my time, not paying a random outside company etc.,
I could do something like have "Event care packages" all made and in USPS
pre-paid envelopes, and then you'd file a ticket to have me send them
somewhere, and I'd write the address on them and drop them in the mail.
That's especially easy for stickers.
