[OH-Publicity] OSCON!

I think we should do what was suggested at PyCon -- offer memberships of a
certain amount per year, which comes with some bonuses like an OpenHatch
shirt & sticker.  (Maybe we could make a special sticker for members?)

If we can get that going by OSCON we could maybe sell a few there.
