[OH-Publicity] PyCon talk + affiliated events blog post

Howdy publicity peeps,

I have been thinking for a while that it'd be great to make a blog post 
announcing "Affiliated events."

I think I will blend it in with a discussion of the PyCon panel I chaired. 
I'll blend them together in some fashion very similar to 
http://lists.openhatch.org/pipermail/events/2013-March/000439.html is my 
plan.

If you like or don't like the plan, then do say so.
