[OH-Publicity] blog post for review: scaling OSCTC

I have a blog post on scaling OSCTC that will be going out next week (and
will be cross-posted to opensource.com.  I need feedback!

Things it clearly needs include:
- a better title
- an image
- a link to the Python Workshops?  Is there a canonical link for this,
Asheesh?
- a good last line

Suggestions for any of the above, as well as any other feedback you have,
is appreciated.
