Thoughts!

* The Wellesley event -- wasn't this 100% women attendees? You say it
was "mostly women attendees".

* The photo looks so dark and Sheila looks so sad. (The former can be
fixed, and the latter is actually okay if we want.)

Other than that I think it's great.

Also no worries re: behind.
