[OH-Publicity] Configuring Facebook to update from our blog

Quick notes about Facebook:

I just renamed our Facebook page from 
https://www.facebook.com/openhatchery to 
https://www.facebook.com/openhatch

I signed up for a personal account with twitterfeed.com so that new blog 
posts also go to Facebook. That way, people who "like" OpenHatch will 
(presumably) get notified about new posts.

That all seems reasonable to me, and now you all know I made those 
changes. Comments/feedback welcome.
