[OH-Publicity] Getting a free-of-cost ad in the Libre Graphics Magazine

Hey all,

There's a great print (and online) magazine about free software 
graphics (e.g., desktop publishing, image editing, video editing) apps 
called Libre Graphics Magazine.

explains that they're willing to let e.g. us submit ads to take up full 
pages in the magazine.

So maybe we should give 'em something.
