[Pdxpw-staff] Staff meeting at 8pm instead of 7pm

Slight change of plans, all. Let's meet at 8pm instead of 7pm as Jessamyn will be able to join us after 8:30 and will hopefully at least get to meet everyone and say hello!

Kevin, good thinking about previewing the material. I will put together a summary of resources to look at and email it out ASAP.
